1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes that are not eligible for standard carrier delivery.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping: All U.S. orders include free standard shipping. The price you see at checkout is the final price no hidden fees or additional charges apply.
3. Order Processing
To ensure a smooth experience, here is how we process every order:
- Order Confirmation: Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order details and payment.
- Verification: We verify payment and confirm that all information is correct, including your shipping address and item availability.
- Inventory Check: Items are confirmed in-stock at our warehouse before packaging.
- Packaging: Your order is securely packaged with all necessary accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Processing Time (Mon–Fri before 6 PM EST): Orders placed during business hours are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders Placed After Cutoff or on Weekends/Holidays: These begin processing on the next business day.
- Carrier Handoff: Once packaged, your order is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and a tracking number is issued via email.
- Transit Time: Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–10 business days.
4. Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order. Aspen Peak Solution is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, such as missing apartment/unit numbers.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
6. Delivery Delays & Exceptions
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Severe or unexpected weather conditions
- Carrier operational issues or backlogs
- Holiday shipping surges
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Local delivery restrictions or conditions
If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will work directly with the carrier to assist.
7. Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Check all entrances, mail areas, and secure locations
- Ask neighbors or building management
- Allow 24 hours for possible carrier updates
- Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation
Once a package is confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Aspen Peak Solution is not responsible for theft or loss. However, we will assist with a carrier investigation when possible.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before it enters our shipping process. To request a cancellation, please email Support@aspenpeaksolution.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please follow the return procedure below.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned (such as customized products, perishables, personal care items, or gift cards) unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any exceptions are listed directly on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email Support@aspenpeaksolution.com or call (877) 730-7834 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- You will receive a response within 24 hours with a return authorization and detailed instructions, including the correct return address. Unauthorized returns or returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the return using the method provided in our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance if you are responsible for return shipping.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Our error or defective items: If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping cost. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Buyer’s remorse: If you return an item for any other reason (such as preference, size, or style), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank first, then contact us.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original item for a refund. You may also contact us for assistance with an exchange.
Sale Items
Sale or promotional items may be returned under the same conditions as full-price items unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Damaged or Defective Items
