Return and Refund policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before it enters our shipping process. To request a cancellation, please email Support@aspenpeaksolution.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please follow the return procedure below.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned (such as customized products, perishables, personal care items, or gift cards) unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any exceptions are listed directly on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Support@aspenpeaksolution.com or call (877) 730-7834 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive a response within 24 hours with a return authorization and detailed instructions, including the correct return address. Unauthorized returns or returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the return using the method provided in our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance if you are responsible for return shipping.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Our error or defective items: If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping cost. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Buyer’s remorse: If you return an item for any other reason (such as preference, size, or style), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank first, then contact us.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original item for a refund. You may also contact us for assistance with an exchange.

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items may be returned under the same conditions as full-price items unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Support@aspenpeaksolution.com or (877) 730-7834 and include photos of the issue. We will provide return instructions and cover all return shipping costs. After inspection, we can send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
